We were founded in the last quarter of 20th Century. Our task is to keep our presence in the 21st Century and bring it to the highest level.
Our road map in the 21st Century :
In the 1st Quarter: To establish the Culture in direction of being the most preferred supplier of our customers. To lay the foundations of the 21st Century Smart Factory.
In the 2nd Quarter: To become a Technology Builder innovative company.
In the 3rd Quarter: To become a Technology Leader company .
In the 4th Quarter: To determine the vision of the next century and take the necessary steps.

OUR QUALITY POLICY
The main pillars of quality Policy of Wagner Kablo are; Process Based Management, Lean Company, ContinuousImprovement, Satisfaction of Stakeholders and Respect to Environment. Target is “Zero Defect”.
Right after the foundation, Wagner Kablo has given the first priority to establish a sustainable quality system.
As a result, the company has received the ISO 9002 certificate from DQS Germany shortly after the start of theproduction in June 1995.
In June 2000 it has received QS-9000 certification from DQS Germany.
Wagner Kablo got ISO/TS 16949:2002 certificate in 2003, and received ISO 14001 in 2009.
IATF 16949 transition has been completed successfully in 2018.
Due to the importance of the projects involved, the company is continuously subject to the customer audits. Theresults of those audits have usually been success and customers are mostly rating Wagner Kablo as a “Grade

Wagner Kablo has been implementing “Lean Manufacturing System” since September 2007.
Lean Production, originally generated from “Toyota Production System”, can be described as eliminating every step, every action and every practice that does not create a value add.
Wagner Kablo has a goal of becoming a true “Lean Company” and has been using a variety of Lean tools such as,
KANBAN, KAIZEN, TPM, SMED and 5S.
Wagner Kablo encourages its personnel to take active role in KAIZEN. And as a result, the number of applicable suggestions have been increased sharply, compared to the previous years.
Our target is to become a full lean company and to implement a lean chain from Customers to the Suppliers.
